      为筛选用于防治美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea的卵期寄生蜂,本研究在室内条件下测试了松毛虫赤眼蜂Trichogramma dendrolimi、螟黄赤眼蜂T. chilonis、玉米螟赤眼蜂T. ostriniae和在广东茂名发现的天敌新种黄野螟赤眼蜂Trichogramma vitessoides Hu et Yang对美国白蛾卵的寄生能力。结果表明:1)在供试赤眼蜂中,黄野螟赤眼蜂对美国白蛾卵的寄生率最高,为48.4%。此外,该蜂的羽化率、平均产卵量和繁殖力也均显著高于其他赤眼蜂,因此选择黄野螟赤眼蜂进行后续驯化和寄生能力测试。2)利用美国白蛾卵对黄野螟赤眼蜂进行驯化后发现,驯化1代F1黄野螟赤眼蜂的寄生率(62.3%)、平均产卵量(12.46粒)和繁殖力(4.13头)显著高于其他代数(F0、F2、F3),羽化率(34%)虽与F3(31.6%)差异不显著,但仍显著高于F0(17%)和F2(9.9%)。综上所述,供试的4种赤眼蜂均具备寄生美国白蛾卵的能力,其中黄野螟赤眼蜂的寄生能力最强。通过驯化培养,黄野螟赤眼蜂对美国白蛾卵的寄生效率显著提高,表明黄野螟赤眼蜂可作为防治美国白蛾的潜在天敌资源。

      To identify potential egg parasitoids for the biological control of Hyphantria cunea (Lepidoptera: Erebidae), this study tested the parasitism capacity of Trichogramma dendrolimi, T. chilonis, T. ostriniae, and a new species of natural enemy collected from Maoming, Guangdong Province, tentatively named as Trichogramma vitessoides Hu et Yang (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae), under laboratory conditions. The results showed that: 1) Trichogramma vitessoides exhibited the highest parasitism rate (48.4%) against fall webworm eggs, as well as significantly higher emergence rate, average oviposition, and fecundity compared to the other parasitoids. Therefore, T. vitessoides was selected for subsequent domestication. 2) Following the domestication of T. vitessoides using fall webworm eggs, it was found that the parasitism rate (62.3%), average oviposition (12.46), and fecundity (4.13) of the F1 generation were significantly higher than those of the other generations (F0, F2, F3). Although the emergence rate (34%) showed no significant difference from F3 (31.6%), it was still significantly higher than F0 (17%) and F2 (9.9%). In conclusion, all four Trichogramma species were capable of parasitizing fall webworm eggs, with T. vitessoides exhibiting the highest efficacy. Domestication significantly improved the parasitism efficiency of T. vitessoides on fall webworm eggs, highlighting its potential as a natural enemy resource for controlling fall webworms.
