| 本文研究了施硒水稻对白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera存活及体内酶活性的影响。以TN1(感虫品种)为供试水稻品种,采用营养液添加Na2SeO3的方法设置施硒(Se+,10 μmol Se/L)和不施硒(Se-,0 μmol Se/L)处理,测定取食Se+或Se-水稻后白背飞虱的存活率及其体内过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(Glutathione-S-transferase,GST)、羧酸酯酶(Carboxylesterase,CarE)和多功能氧化酶(Mixed-functional oxidase,MFO)活性。结果表明,接虫后4 d至7 d,取食Se+水稻的白背飞虱成虫存活率显著低于取食Se-水稻的。接虫后48 h,与取食Se-水稻的白背飞虱成虫相比,取食Se+水稻的白背飞虱成虫SOD、POD和CAT活性显著升高;72 h,取食Se+水稻的白背飞虱成虫CAT活性仍显著高于取食Se-水稻的;72 h和96 h,取食Se+水稻的白背飞虱成虫SOD活性显著降低。48 h、72 h和96 h,取食Se+水稻白背飞虱成虫GST活性显著上升;48 h和72 h,取食Se+水稻白背飞虱成虫MFO活性显著升高;72 h和96 h,取食Se+水稻白背飞虱成虫CarE活性则显著降低。以上结果表明,取食施硒水稻显著影响着白背飞虱成虫存活率、体内保护酶和解毒酶活性的变化,从而影响着白背飞虱的正常生理代谢。本研究结果可为富硒功能水稻生产和白背飞虱的防治提供依据。 |

| This study aims to determine the effects of feeding on selenium-treated rice on the survival and enzyme activities of Sogatella furcifera adults. The susceptible rice variety Taichung Native 1 (TN1) was grown in nutrient solutions added with 10 μmol Se/L sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) (Se+) and a non-selenium control (Se-, 0 μmol Se/L). The survival rate of S. furcifera adults feeding on the Se+ and Se- rice plants (hereafter referred as Se+ and Se- adults, respectively) were recorded, as well as the activities of the protective enzymes catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), the detoxification enzymes glutathione S-transferase (GST), carboxylesterase (CarE) and mixed-function oxidase (MFO) in Se+ and Se- adults. The results showed that from 4 to 7 days after infestation, the survival rate of the Se+ adults was significantly lower than that of the Se- adults. Compared to the Se- adults, significantly higher activities were observed in the Se+ for SOD, POD and CAT at 48 h post feeding, the CAT activity in the Se+ adults remained significantly higher at 72 h post feeding. The GST at 48, 72 and 96 h post feeding and the MFO at 48 and 72 h post feeding in the Se+ adults group increased significantly as well. To the contrary, SOD and CarE activities decreased significantly at 72 and 96 h post feeding in the Se+ adults in comparison with the Se- adults. These results indicate that Se-treated rice plants significantly influences the survival rate of S. furcifera adults and their activities of protective and detoxification enzymes, thereby influencing the normal physiological metabolism of the herbivores. The results of this study provide a basis for the production of selenium-enriched functional rice and management of S. furcifera. |
