飞行区草坪昆虫是机场鸟击防范工作的重点关注对象之一。为了减少昆虫的发生,机场常采用刈割和农药喷洒两种防控措施,但目前这些措施对飞行区昆虫的影响仍缺乏研究。本研究以宁波栎社国际机场为例,于2022年3-11月对刈割和农药喷洒处理下飞行区草坪昆虫的群落组成及多样性变化进行调查。共采集到昆虫11 226头,隶属于9目66科141种,其中半翅目Hemiptera的种类、数量均最高,为42种、4 878头。α多样性分析结果显示:在不同季节中,香农威纳指数和辛普森指数在秋季最高,丰富度指数、个体数、物种数和生物量在夏季最高;在不同处理中,刈割和农药喷洒均显著降低了昆虫的物种数、个体数、生物量、香农威纳指数和丰富度指数,且刈割和农药喷洒对个体数和生物量有交互作用;在各个季节各处理中,农药喷洒对个体数影响都强于刈割,而在秋季,刈割对生物量的影响强于农药喷洒。基于CNESS相异矩阵的NMDS分析结果表明:不同处理对昆虫群落组成的影响在春、秋季比夏季更显著,且这种影响对优势种的作用更显著。本研究揭示了刈割和农药喷洒对宁波栎社国际机场草坪昆虫群落的组成及动态变化的影响,相关结果可为进一步制定针对性的机场昆虫防控措施提供参考。 |

Insect communities in airport turf zones play a critical role in bird strike prevention strategies. Although mowing and pesticide applications are standard practices for insect suppression in flight areas, their ecological impacts on arthropod communities remain understudied. This study conducted field surveys (March-November 2022) in Ningbo Lishe International Airport to examine insect community composition and diversity dynamics under mowing and pesticide treatments within flight area turf. A total of 11,226 insect specimens were collected, belonging to 141 species across 66 families and 9 orders, with Hemiptera exhibiting the highest species count (42 species) and abundance (4,878 individuals). α-Diversity analyses demonstrated that: seasonally, the Shannon-Wiener and Simpson indices peaked in autumn, while species richness, abundance, species count, and biomass reached maximum values in summer; among treatments, both mowing and pesticide spraying significantly reduced species number, abundance, biomass, Shannon-Wiener index, and richness index, with interaction effects observed between the two measures for abundance and biomass; across seasonal treatments, pesticide spraying consistently exerted stronger impacts on abundance than mowing, while autumn mowing showed greater influence on biomass reduction compared to pesticide spraying. Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling (NMDS) based on the CNESS dissimilarity matrix revealed more pronounced treatment effects on insect community structure during spring and autumn than summer, particularly in altering dominant species distributions. This research elucidates the impacts of mowing and pesticide applications on the composition and temporal dynamics of turf insect communities at Ningbo Lishe International Airport, providing foundational data for developing targeted insect suppression strategies in airport ecosystems. |
