| 草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda(J. E. Smith)是严重威胁我国粮食安全的重大入侵性害虫,于2018年12月从缅甸入侵我国云南,2020年9月,草地贪夜蛾被农业农村部列入《一类农作物病虫害名录》。其寄主范围广泛,幼虫可取食为害寄主植物多达76科353种,主要为禾本科Poaceae、菊科Asteraceae和豆科Fabaceae植物。入侵我国的草地贪夜蛾为非传统玉米型种群,是水稻型为母本、玉米型为父本杂交产生的后代种群,具有一定杂交优势,可能对更多植物产生潜在威胁。本文对以下4个方面进行系统综述:一是草地贪夜蛾可为害的我国主要及常见植物类型,二是入侵杂交型草地贪夜蛾在我国已知的寄主植物种类,三是草地贪夜蛾对寄主植物的适应性机制,四是入侵杂交型草地贪夜蛾对我国牧草、水稻等作物的适应性演化和潜在威胁,以期为草地贪夜蛾对牧草等草地植物的寄主适应性研究提供参考。 |

| Fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith), a major invasive pest that has seriously threatened food security in China. It invaded China from Myanmar in December 2018 arriving in Yunnan Province, and was officially listed at the top of the “Category I Crop Diseases and Pest ” in 2020 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The fall armyworm has a wide host range; its larvae can feed on and damage up to 353 plant species from 76 families, primarily from Poaceae, Asteraceae and Fabaceae families. The fall armyworm in China is a non-typical corn-type population. It is a hybrid between the rice strian (maternal) and corn strain (paternal), which exhibits certain level of hybrid vigor, potentially posing an enhanced threat to a broader range of plants. This review systematically summarizes four key aspects: (1) the major and common plants are susceptible to fall armyworm in China, (2) the currently known host plant species of fall armyworm in China, (3) the host adaptation mechanism of fall armyworm, (4) the adaptive evolution and potential threat by this invasive hybrid type to forage grasses, rice and other plants in China. The paper can provide reference for future research on the host adaptation to forage grasses and other grassland plants of fall armyworm. |
