      黄带犀猎蝽Sycanus croceovittatus是一种重要的捕食性天敌昆虫,能捕食多种鳞翅目和鞘翅目害虫,具有良好的生防开发潜能。为筛选适合黄带犀猎蝽室内扩繁的适宜寄主,本研究在室内利用年龄-阶段两性生命表技术,研究了以黄粉虫蛹为食料饲养的黄带犀猎蝽发育历期、存活率、繁殖力和种群参数以及各虫态的大小,并对种群动态进行预测,为黄带犀猎蝽室内饲养扩繁技术提供支持。结果表明,室温23℃ ± 2℃条件下黄带犀猎蝽卵、1~5龄若虫的平均发育历期分别为20.00、14.75、13.40、11.67、12.76和21.25 d,雌雄成虫的平均寿命分别为54.75 d和49.50 d。内禀增长率(r)、周限增长率(λ)、净增殖率(R0)和世代平均周期(T)分别为0.039 d-1、1.040 d-1、115.361粒/雌和121.909 d。雌成虫的体重、体长、体宽均显著高于雄成虫,雌虫交配与否均能产卵,交配后雌虫产卵次数、单次产卵量、总产卵量等繁殖参数均显著高于未交配的雌虫,且交配后雌虫产的卵孵化率为92.59%,但未交配的雌虫产的卵均不能正常孵化。用黄粉虫蛹饲养建立的黄带犀猎蝽种群呈正增长且个体发育情况较好,表明黄粉虫蛹作为替代猎物规模繁育黄带犀猎蝽是可行的。

      Sycanus croceovittatus is an important natural enemy insect that can prey on a variety of Lepidoptera and Coleoptera pests, and has good potential for biocontrol development. In order to select suitable hosts for indoor mass rearing of S. croceovittatus, this study used age-stage, two-sex life table technology to investigate the developmental period, survival rate, fecundity, and population parameters under indoor conditions. The size of each state of S. croceovittatus feeding on Tenebrio molitor pupae was measured, the population dynamics were also predicted. The results showed that under the room temperature of 23℃ ± 2℃, the average developmental durations of S. croceovittatus eggs and 1st to 5th instars was 20.00, 14.75, 13.40, 11.67, 12.76 and 21.25 d, respectively, and the average longevity of female and male adults was 54.75 d and 49.50 d, respectively. The intrinsic rate of increase r, finite rate of increase (λ), net reproductive rate (R0) and mean generation period (T) was 0.039 d-1, 1.040 d-1, 115.361 eggs/female and 121.909 d, respectively. The body weights, lengths, and widths of the female adults were significantly higher than those of the male adults. Female adults can lay eggs whether they were mated or not, and reproductive parameters such as oviposition times, single fecundity and total fecundity of mated females were significantly higher than unmated female adults. The hatching rate of eggs laid by female adults after mating was 92.59%, while eggs laid by unmated female adults failed to hatch normally. The population of S. croceovittatus reared with T. molitor pupae showed positive growth and good individual development, indicating that T. molitor is feasible as an alternative prey for large scale breeding of S. croceovittatus.
