为明确我国菊花蚜虫种类,探索防控药剂的应用技术,本研究通过基因测序和形态学鉴定了我国菊花上蚜虫的种类;采用田间喷雾法测定了不同农药对菊花蚜虫的防治效果,并通过生长速率测定法测定了爪哇虫草菌Cordyceps javanica JS001对菊花的安全性。结果表明,我国菊花上的蚜虫以菊小长管蚜Macrosiphoniella sanborni为主,棉蚜Aphis gossypii次之。田间药效试验表明,在菊花蚜虫发生初期施药,爪哇虫草菌对菊花蚜虫的田间防效为70%~96%,在江苏省试验中其防效均超过89%。菊花安全性试验表明:爪哇虫草菌在450 mL/hm2、900 mL/hm2和1 800 mL/ hm2剂量下,对菊花安全且能促进菊花幼苗新枝生长。因此,爪哇虫草菌可作为防治菊花蚜虫的优选药剂。 |

To accurately identify the aphid species of chrysanthemum in China and to explore the application technology of control insecticides, a comprehensive identification of aphid species from chrysanthemums was conducted by gene sequencing and morphological characteristics. Field efficacy of various insecticides against chrysanthemum aphids was evaluated via spraying experiments, and the safety of Cordyceps javanica JS001 on chrysanthemums was assessed using the growth rate method. The results indicated that the predominant species of chrysanthemums was Macrosiphoniella sanborni, followed by Aphis gossypii. The field tests demonstrated that during the early stages of aphid occurence, C. javanica JS001 achieved control efficiency of 70% to 96%, with an efficiency exceeding 89% in Jiangsu Province. Safety evaluations revealed that C. javanica JS001 was safe for chrysanthemums and could promote the growth of new shoots in chrysanthemum seedlings at doses of 450, 900, and 1800 mL/hm2. Therefore, C. javanica JS001 is recommended as a preferred agent for controlling chrysanthemum aphids. |
