| 柑橘产业是我国农业经济中非常重要的支柱产业,已普遍遭受柑橘黄龙病的毁灭性破坏,导致严重的经济损失。柑橘木虱Diaphorina citri是柑橘黄龙病的天然传播媒介,其寄主选择偏好性对柑橘黄龙病的传播具有重要影响。为明确柑橘木虱对砂糖橘、贡柑、香水柠檬、枳橙、香橙、山金柑等6个柑橘品种的选择偏好性,本研究采用Y形嗅觉仪测定柑橘木虱对这些柑橘品种及最偏好柑橘品种挥发物的趋性反应,并采用化学分析法测定柑橘木虱最偏好柑橘品种的器官营养成分含量,结果表明:柑橘木虱成虫偏好选择砂糖橘,剪叶机械刺激会改变成虫的寄主选择,但对成虫寄主选择偏好的排序影响较小。柑橘木虱成虫偏好取食砂糖橘的嫩芽,砂糖橘嫩芽的总蛋白质、总脂与总糖含量均较高。柑橘木虱成虫对砂糖橘挥发物组分1 μL/mL 3-蒈烯的趋向率最高;趋向率显著高于对照组的挥发物组分还包括10 μL/mL 3-蒈烯、0.1 μL/mL D-柠檬烯、0.05 μL/mL α-松油烯、1 μL/mL反式-2-己烯醛和10 μL/mL己醛。寄主植物的挥发物组分和器官营养成分含量是影响柑橘木虱成虫寄主选择偏好性的主要因子。柑橘木虱成虫对砂糖橘具有嗅觉选择偏好性,基于寄主选择偏好性的研究结果可为柑橘木虱与柑橘黄龙病的生态防控提供新途径。 |

| The citrus industry is one of the most important pillar of China's agricultural economy, but it has been widely devastated by Citrus Huanglongbing (HLB), leading to severe economic losses. Asian citrus psyllid (Diaphorina citri) is the natural vector of Citrus HLB, and its host selection preference plays a crucial role in disease transmission. To clarify the selection preference of D. citri for six citrus varieties—including C. reticulata 'Shatangju', C. reticulata var. 'Gonggan', C. limon, C. sinensis × Poncirus trifoliata, C. junos cv., and Fortunella hindsii—Y-tube olfactometer was used to measure the attraction of D. citri to these varieties and the volatiles of the most preferred citrus variety. Additionally, chemical analysis was also conducted to determine the nutrient content in the most preferred citrus organs. The results showed that D. citri adults preferred C. reticulata 'Shatangju', and mechanical stimulation (leaf-cutting) altered their host selection but had limited impact on the ranking of their preferences. Adults preferred feeding on the tender shoots of C. reticulata 'Shatangju', which contained higher levels of total protein, total lipids, and total sugars. Among the volatile components of C. reticulata 'Shatangju', adults have the highest tendency rate towards 1 μL/mL 3-carene. The volatile components with significant higher tendency rates than the control group also include 10 μL/mL 3-carene, 0.1 μL/mL D-limonene, 0.05 μL/mL α-terpinene, 1 μL/mL trans-2-hexenal, and 10 μL/mL hexanal. Volatile components of host plant and the nutrient content of plant organs were identified as the main factors influencing the host selection preference of D. citri adults. The study confirmed that adults of D. citri exhibit an olfactory selection preference for C. reticulata 'Shatangju'. These findings on host selection preference provide new ways for the ecological control of D. citri and Citrus Huanglongbing. |
