| 截形叶螨Tetranychus truncatus是重要的农业害螨,其寄主植物广泛,适应性强,危害日趋严重。为明确截形叶螨对不同寄主的适应能力,本研究通过寄主转换试验,比较了菜豆适应性品系截形叶螨在黄瓜、玉米和枣树3种非原始寄主上的种群适合度表现。量化分析了不同处理组在卵期、幼螨期、若螨期、成螨期和产卵量及种群增长参数等关键生物学指标上的差异。试验结果显示:寄主转换后,截形叶螨在三类寄主植物上均可完成整世代发育,但其种群适合度呈现寄主依赖性。其中黄瓜寄主组表现出最优适应特征,具体表现为短的发育历期、高的繁殖力和内禀增长率;而在玉米和枣树上的适合度相对较低,表现为发育历期延长,繁殖力下降。推测这种差异可能与不同寄主植物的防御物质含量、营养组成及物理结构有关。综上,转换寄主后,截形叶螨在黄瓜上的适合度最好,其次是玉米和枣树。本研究初步揭示了截形叶螨在不同寄主上的适应性差异,不仅为预测其田间种群动态和跨寄主传播规律提供了理论依据,更为构建区域化精准防控体系提供了科学依据。 |

| Tetranychus truncatus is an important agricultural pest mite, with a wide range of host plants, strong adaptability, and increasingly severe damage. In order to clarify the adaptability of T. truncatus to different hosts, the population fitness performance of T. truncatus, an adaptive strain of kidney bean, on three non-original hosts—cucumber, corn and jujube—was compared through host-switching experiments. Key biological indexes such as egg stage, larval stage, nymph stage, adult stage, fecundity, and population growth parameters across different treatment groups were quantitatively analyzed. The experimental results showed that T. truncatus completed its entire life cycle on the three host plants after host transformation, but its population fitness exhibited host dependence. Among them, the cucumber host group showed optimal adaptability, characterized by shorter development duration, higher reproductive capacity, and increased intrinsic growth rate. However, the fitness on corn and jujube declined, manifesting as prolonged development duration and reduced reproductive capacity. It was speculated that these differences were related to defense compounds, nutritional composition, and physical structure of different host plants. In summary, T. truncatus had the best fitness on cucumber, followed by corn and jujube after host transfer. This study preliminarily revealed the adaptive differences of T. truncatus on different hosts, which not only provided a theoretical basis for predicting its field population dynamics and cross-host transmission patterns but also offered a scientific support for constructing a regional accurate control system. |
