美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea诱芯长期依赖日本进口,近年有国产诱芯逐渐涌现。为探究国产美国白蛾诱芯及智能监测设备的应用效果,本试验选择中捷四方自主开发的美国白蛾诱芯(Z1-Z5型)和日本进口诱芯(R型)开展了诱芯筛选试验,并对比其优化后(Za-Zc型)与国内另外两种美国白蛾诱芯(N型和H型)和日本进口诱芯(R型)的引诱效果,探究了智能监测设备AIM-lite-DL智能虫情性诱测报仪对美国白蛾的监测效果。试验结果表明:Z1、Z2、Z3、Z5型诱芯的引诱效果优于R型诱芯,Z型诱芯诱虫量约为R型诱芯的1.2~2.8倍;Za、Zb、Zc型诱芯引诱效果优于N型和H型诱芯,与R型诱芯之间无显著差异,Z型诱芯诱虫量约为N型和H型诱芯的8.5~33.7倍;试验采用的智能监测设备对美国白蛾成虫的监测与桶型诱捕器得到的美国白蛾种群动态一致,且智能监测设备的计数准确率平均可达到90%以上。Z型美国白蛾诱芯可应用于美国白蛾监测,智能监测设备计数准确率高,配合Z1型国产诱芯可用于美国白蛾的智能化监测。 |

Pheromone lures of Hyphantria cunea in China are historically dependent on imports from foreign sources, but domestic products become available recently and gradually. This experiment aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of H. cunea lures and the AIM-lite-DL intelligent pest monitoring device. The study compared independently developed H. cunea lures (Z1-Z5 type) by Pherobio Technology with an imported lure (R type) from Japan in lure screening experiments. Furthermore, optimized lures (Za-Zc type) were also compared with two other H. cunea lures (N type and H type) and the imported lure (R type ) regarding lure effectiveness. The monitoring capability of the AIM-lite-DL intelligent pest detection device for H. cunea was also investigated. The results indicated that Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z5 type lures had a greater attraction effect than R type lures, where the insects attracted by Z type lures were approximately 1.2 to 2.8 times that of R type lures The Za, Zb, and Zc type lures performed better than N and H lures, with no significant difference compared to R lures. The insects attracted by Z type lures were approximately 8.5 to 33.7 times that of N-type and H type lures. Population dynamics data for H. cunea gathered using Pherobio's intelligent monitoring device aligned with those obtained from unitraps. The intelligent monitoring device achieved an average recognition accuracy of over 90%. Therefore, the sex pheromone lure produced by Pherobio was suitable for monitoring H. cunea, and the intelligent monitoring device demonstrated high counting accuracy, making it effective for using with domestically produced lures (Z1 type) made by Pherobio. |
