为明确不同体积分数氮气对赤拟谷盗Tribolium castaneum生理生化反应的影响,本文在28±1℃、75±5% RH、不同体积分数(78%(大气压下作为对照)、90%、95%、98%)氮气、不同处理时间(2、4、6、8 d)条件下研究了赤拟谷盗幼虫和成虫体内总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和乳酸(LD)含量等生理生化指标的变化规律。研究结果表明,随氮气体积分数增加,赤拟谷盗幼虫和成虫体内SOD、POD和CAT活性均在处理时间为8 d时响应速度最快,在氮气体积分数为98%处理8 d时赤拟谷盗幼虫和成虫体内SOD、POD和CAT活性全部降为0,赤拟谷盗全部死亡。赤拟谷盗幼虫体内T-AOC值随氮气体积分数增加,在处理时间为6 d和8 d时响应速度最快,在氮气体积分数为98%处理6 d和8 d时赤拟谷盗幼虫体内T-AOC值降为0;赤拟谷盗成虫体内T-AOC值在处理时间为8 d时响应速度最快,在氮气体积分数为98%处理8 d时赤拟谷盗幼虫体内T-AOC值降为0。赤拟谷盗幼虫体内LD含量随氮气体积分数增加,在处理时间为6 d和8 d时响应速度最快,在氮气体积分数为98%处理6 d和8 d时赤拟谷盗幼虫体内LD含量降为0;赤拟谷盗成虫体内LD含量在处理时间为8 d时响应速度最快,在氮气体积分数为98%处理8 d时赤拟谷盗成虫体内LD含量降为0。 |

In order to determine the effects of different nitrogen volume fractions on physiological and biochemical responses of Tribolium castaneum, the changes of total superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, catalase (CAT) activity, total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and lactic acid (LD) content in larvae and adults of T. castaneum were investigated at (28±1) ℃, (75±5) % RH, nitrogen volume fractions of (78% (atmospheric pressure as the control), 90%, 95%, and 98%), different treatment time (2, 4, 6, and 8 d). The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen volume fraction, SOD, POD and CAT activities in the larvae and adults of T. castaneum were the fastest when the treatment time was 8 days, and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT in the larvae and adults decreased to 0 when the nitrogen volume fraction was 98% for 8 d, and all the larvae and adults died. The T-AOC value in the larvae increased with increasing nitrogen volume fraction, and the response rate was the fastest at 6 and 8 d, while the T-AOC value decreased to 0 when the nitrogen volume fraction was 98% at 6 and 8 d. The response rate of T-AOC in adult larvae was the highest when the treatment time was 8 d, and the T-AOC decreased to 0 when the nitrogen volume fraction was 98% for 8 d. The LD content in the larvae increased with increasing nitrogen volume fraction, and the response rate was the fastest at 6 and 8 d, while the LD content in the larvae decreased to 0 at 6 and 8 d when the nitrogen volume fraction was 98%. The response rate of LD content was the fastest when the treatment time was 8 d, and the LD content decreased to 0 when the nitrogen volume fraction was 98% for 8 d. |
