昆虫依靠复杂的化学感受系统来寻找配偶和定位宿主植物等,触角感器是昆虫感知内外环境刺激并进行化学或物理通讯的重要接收和传递部位。纹彩猎蝽Euagoras plagiatus Burmeiter是一种在烟草上发现的重要捕食性天敌,具有重要的研究价值和经济价值。目前,关于纹彩猎蝽触角感器的报道十分匮乏。本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)技术对纹彩猎蝽雌雄成虫的触角感器进行了详细的显微观察。结果发现,纹彩猎蝽雄成虫的触角比雌成虫长,雌雄成虫的触角上共发现9种类型的感器,其中舌形片状感器、钟形感器和叉形感器为雌虫特有,B?hm氏鬃毛Ⅲ型为雄虫特有。本研究结果明确揭示了纹彩猎蝽雌雄触角感器类型存在显著的性二型差异,且不同性别间触角感器的数量和分布丰度也有所不同。这一发现为深入阐明纹彩猎蝽的捕食及交配行为机制提供了重要的理论基础。 |

Insects rely on complex chemosensory systems to find mates and locate host plants. Antennal sensilla serve as crucial sites for receiving and transmitting stimuli, enabling insects to sense both internal and external environmental factors and to engage in chemical or physical communication. Euagoras plagiatus Burmeiter is an important predatory natural enemy on tobacco, possessing notable research and economic value. However, reports on the antennal sensilla of E. plagiatus are currently scarce. In this manuscript, we present observations of the antennal sensilla in both female and male adult E. plagiatus using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The SEM results indicate that the antennae of male adults are longer than those of females. We identified nine types of sensilla on the antennae of both female and male adult E. plagiatus. Notably, sensilla ligulate flaky, sensilla campaniformia, and sensilla furcatea are exclusive to females, while B?hm bristles Ⅲ are unique to males. These findings reveal significant sexual dimorphism in the types of antennal sensilla present in female and male E. plagiatus, as well as differences in the number and abundance of antennal sensilla between genders. The results provide a relevant theoretical basis for understanding the mechanisms underlying predation and mating behaviors. |
