| 松毛虫赤眼蜂是害虫生物防治中可防控多种鳞翅目害虫的重要卵寄生蜂。为明确松毛虫赤眼蜂体细胞染色体特征及有丝分裂过程，本研究以松毛虫赤眼蜂预蛹为试验材料，研究松毛虫赤眼蜂常染色体核型，对比三种赤眼蜂核型特征，观察松毛虫赤眼蜂体细胞有丝分裂过程。结果明确了松毛虫赤眼蜂核型的典型特征：松毛虫赤眼蜂常染色体数目为n=5，核型组式为n=4 m+t。可观察到松毛虫赤眼蜂预蛹有丝分裂特性及分裂过程中存在的异常。研究结果将为深入探究赤眼蜂性别决定和发育过程中的染色体行为和细胞学机制提供参考。 |

| Trichogramma dendrolimi is an important egg parasitoid against various Lepidopteran pests. To clarify the chromosomal characteristics and mitotic process of T. dendrolimi, the study investigated the autosomal karyotype of T. dendrolimi at prepupal stage. The karyotyptic analysis was conducted by comparing the karyotype of T. dendrolimi with other two Trichogramma species. The mitotic process of somatic cells of T. dendrolimi was observed. The results shows that the number of autosomes in T. dendrolimi is n=5, and the karyotype formula is n=4 m+t, which clarify the typical characteristics of Trichogramma dendrolimi karyotype. The mitotic characteristics and abnormalities in the mitotic process of prepupae of Trichogramma dendrolimi could be observed. The results will provide a reference for investigating the cytological mechanisms and chromosomal behaviors during the sex determination and development of Trichogramma wasps. |
