      明确河北省粉虱种类、分布及其携带番茄黄化曲叶病毒(Tomato yellow leaf curl virus, TYLCV)情况。在河北省11市33县不同蔬菜瓜果类作物上采集了91份粉虱样本,利用mtDNA COⅠ基因和番茄黄化曲叶病毒AC3基因,鉴定粉虱种类、生物型及其是否携带TYLCV,分析粉虱在不同寄主作物及地理区域内的分布情况。在采集的91份粉虱样本中,4份为温室白粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum,均在张家口,其中张家口蔚县茄子上的温室白粉虱携带TYLCV;87份为烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci,均属于Q型,分布在11个地区(邯郸、邢台、石家庄、衡水、沧州、保定、廊坊、唐山、秦皇岛、承德、张家口)29个采集地点,其中39份样本检测到TYLCV;沧州市携带TYLCV的Q型烟粉虱占比最多(87.5%),其次为唐山市、石家庄市和衡水市,携带TYLCV的Q型烟粉虱占比均为55.5%,秦皇岛市带毒烟粉虱占比最少(11.1%)。本研究可为河北省粉虱及番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的预报预测和科学防控提供理论依据。

      This study aims to clarify the species and distribution of whitefly, and the status of tomato yellow leaf curl virus in Hebei Province. A total of 91 whitefly samples were collected from vegetables, melons and fruits in 33 counties of 11 cities in Hebei Province. mtDNA COⅠ gene and AC3 gene were used to identify the species, biotype and TYLCV carrying of whitefly. The distribution of whitefly in different host crops and geographical regions was analyzed. 4 of the 91 whitefly samples were green whitefly Trialeurodes vaporariorum, all of which were in Zhangjiakou. Among them, T. vaporariorum on eggplant in Yu County of Zhangjiakou carried TYLCV. The other 87 Bemisia tabaci samples belong to Q biotype, which are distributed in 29 collection sites in 11 regions (Handan, Xingtai, Shijiazhuang, Hengshui, Cangzhou, Baoding, Langfang, Tangshan, Qinhuangdao, Chengde, Zhangjiakou), and TYLCV was detected in 39 samples of them. Cangzhou City has the largest proportion of Q biotype B. tabaci carrying TYLCV (87.5%), followed by Tangshan City, Shijiazhuang City and Hengshui City (55.5%), Qinghuangdao City has the lowest proportion (11.1%). This study provides a theoretical basis for the prediction and scientific control of whitefly and tomato yellow leaf curl virus diseases in Hebei Province.
